| Padilla Signature 1932 Torpedo |
|
|
Padilla Signature 1932 was blended by José "Don Pepin" Garcia, and is produced in the Little Havana section of Miami in limited quantities. Ernesto Padilla named the brand in honor of his father, Heberto, who was born in 1932. The late Heberto was a renowned Cuban poet and friend of Ernest Hemingway. A five year old Cuban Corojo Nicaraguan wrapper surrounds the all-Nicaraguan Criollo binder and filler. The full-bodied Signature 1932 has an amazing aroma, described by Cigar Aficionado as having “notes of earth and leather, all wrapped around of core of spice.” The strong body and masterful construction truly honors the noted Cuban poet and father of Ernesto Padilla. |
