Tinder Box International offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you do not feel what you ordered met your expectations, you may return it in original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full credit or refund.

For Cigars Only – If you are not satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from us after you have tried one (1) you may return them within 30 days for a full credit or refund. If you try more than one (1) cigar and you decide that they do not meet your expectations and you return them, you will receive credit or refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs. Returns will only be accepted with original cellophane wrapper intact on each cigar.

Free Promotional Items: All defective free/promotional items must be returned by the customer at customer cost. Replacement will be issued when it is received by Tinder Box and is subject to availability.

To make a return please call (800) 846-3372 Monday thru Friday from 8am to 6pm EST or e-mail us for a Return Authorization Number within 10 days of receipt of your order. When returning merchandise, please repack the item carefully and return it INSURED within the prescribed time above. We will pay for return shipping if your package was damaged or it was our error when it reached you.
