If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to our warehouse within 15 days of receipt of your order for an expedited exchange, credit, or refund. Before returning the item, please contact Customer Service (via email customersupport@etinderbox.com or phone 1-888-284-6269) and let us know what you are returning and the reason for the return.


A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued for all returns. It is important that you make note of this number to include in the returned package. Please clearly label the box with this RMA#. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.


How the return policy works: for cigars by the box, bundle or sampler - if you try 1 cigar and return the remainder, you will receive full merchandise credit, less shipping charges. If you try more than 1, each cigar will be charged the "Single Cigar Price" and the remainder will be credited back to you, less shipping charges. For pipes, 5-Packs and non-tobacco merchandise, returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive credit. Free offers included in some orders must also be returned with the order for full credit. Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the item.


Due to UPS and USPS procedures, if you fail to return merchandise within the given time frame or without an RMA#, we may have to deny credit or issue a 20% re-stocking fee.


Original shipping will be refunded only if the merchandise is defective, the wrong order was shipped, or the order was damaged in transit.


Defective merchandise will be returned to the manufacturer, so please do not return partially smoked or cut cigars.
