Hello all,
Bought a bunch of stuff at tinderbox.com including a few $7.00 torch lighters to give to clients. Long story short the lighters had some problems. Called and spoke to Linda in customer service; she could not have been nicer. Apologized for the problem and sent out BETTER replacement lighters. I received the shipping confirmation within minutes. I'm very impressed with this retailer, prices are good and they are conscientious and friendly to deal with.
