Rossi Pipe Company was founded in 1886 in Barasso, Italy, by Ferdinando Rossi. Considered the largest tobacco pipe manufacturer in the early 1900’s.

The Company disappeared suddenly after Ferdinando Rossi’s young daughter passed away from typhus. Ferdinando ceased production of the business due to overwhelming sorrow.

Archille Savinelli, a close friend to Ferdinando Rossi, eventually took over the Rossi brand name as a tribute to his friend. Rossi pipes are made by Savinelli to this day.
