Molina inherited not only the premises but also the vintage machinery and traditional production methods used by Rossi — and today uses hand-selected briar from central and southern Italy to produce workhorse pipes with an excellent price-to-quality ratio.

The Ambra series takes its name from the Italian word for amber — a reference to the amber-hued acrylic stems that distinguish the line. Each Ambra pipe is capped with nickel at the stem base and shank end for a spigot-like appearance (while retaining a standard mortise-and-tenon arrangement), and the entire series is drilled for 9mm charcoal filters.
