Since 2020 the Annex has been the home for those odd lots, tiny harvests, and one-off experiments.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003chr\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eThe Binder Nobody Else Could Use\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAJ had been talking up a binder he grew himself — and there was exactly \u003cstrong\u003eone hectare of it\u003c\/strong\u003e. Nowhere near enough for one of his national lines, so it went to the Annex instead.
