Tinderbox.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you do not feel what you ordered met your expectations, you may return it in it’s original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full credit or refund.

Contact us as soon as possible if your package is received damaged or not the items you ordered.

Cigar returns will only be accepted with the original cellophane wrapper intact.

Tobacco will only be accepted in the original container.

Free Promotional Items – All defective free or promotional items must be returned by the customer at customer cost. Replacement will be issued when it is received by Tinderbox.com and is subject to availability.

To make a return please call 800.846.3372 Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. E.S.T., or e-mail us for a Return Authorization Number within 10 days of receipt of your order. When returning merchandise, please repack the item carefully and return it INSURED within the prescribed time above. We will pay for return shipping if your package was damaged or it was our error when it reached you.
