Rather than dwell on the loss, he created Amar as a tribute to everyone who stood by him and his team through the aftermath. The box lid bears the message "Gold Is Tested By Fire" — and this cigar lives up to it.
The name carries a dual tribute to AJ's Cuban and Lebanese roots — meaning "to love" in Spanish and "moon" in Arabic. Like the lunar phase that follows full illumination, Amar represents reflection, gratitude, personal growth, and new beginnings.
