The annual Cavalier Genève Limited Edition is one of the boutique world's smallest and most anticipated yearly releases — a Swiss-conceived, Honduran-made cigar with a blend the brand refuses to disclose.
For 2026, Cavalier Genève has released just 1,948 ten-count boxes brand-wide, with only 1,000 boxes allocated to the entire United States market. Once this release moves through retail, there is no second batch. The Limited Edition line is a once-per-year statement from Sebastien and Sylvio Decoppet — a different blend every year, released once, and never produced again.
The 2026 edition arrives as a 6½ × 47 churchill rolled at Fábrica Centroamericana de Tabaco (FCT) in Daní, Honduras — the brand's own factory. The wrapper, binder, and filler blend remain, by design, entirely undisclosed. Cavalier has made the yearly LE's blend a point of principle: smokers are meant to react to the cigar itself rather than its ingredient list.

What Makes This Release Different
Cavalier Genève is unusual in modern boutique cigars for three reasons:
- Swiss ownership, Honduran production. Founded in Geneva by brothers Sebastien and Sylvio Decoppet, the brand brought a European sensibility to boutique cigars and eventually built its own factory in Daní, Honduras — giving them full creative and quality control over every blend.
- The 24k gold diamond cap. The brand's signature — an actual gold leaf diamond pressed into the cap of their premium cigars — is one of the most distinctive visual cues in the entire category.
- The one-and-done LE tradition. Each year's Limited Edition is a different blend, released once, and never produced again. Smokers who miss a given year's LE do not get a second chance.
What to Expect
The brand positions the 2026 release as full-bodied, with a profile described as rewarding patience and attention. The 6½ × 47 format gives the undisclosed blend room to develop across a long smoke — well over an hour at a measured pace.
Allocation on the Limited Edition 2026 is strictly limited. Available at Tinder Box as a single or a 10-count box while our allocation lasts.
