Tasting Journey
First Light: Absolutely EXPLODES. Huge blasts of whipped cream, dark brown sugar, and all-spice rush across the palate. Tanned leather, red pepper flakes, and vanilla bean immediately follow. The finish is long, adding flavors of cedar wood and maple syrup. The retrohale adds a warm pepper burn.
