Tasting Journey
First Third: Whipped cream, raw cane sugar, caramel, and milk chocolate lead, with white pepper cutting through, then vanilla bean and cashews on the back end.
Second Third: It gets richer — heavy cream, cinnamon, toasted almond, chocolate chips, powdered sugar, and graham cracker.
Final Third: White cake frosting and cocoa come forward, backed by black pepper, custard, toasted marshmallows, and fresh brewed coffee.
The pepper is what keeps it honest. Without it this would read as pure dessert; with it, the sweetness has a spine and the cigar never turns flat.
