The first full-size Creature from Pete Johnson's Monster Series — a Nicaraguan puro perfecto, limited to 7,000 boxes.
Since 2008, the Monster Series has been Tatuaje's annual Halloween ritual — one named terror a year, released in strict allocation, and almost never seen again. The Creature first appeared as part of the 2021 Monster Mash sampler and returned in the 2024 Monster Smash. In 2026, Pete Johnson chose it as the first Monster to receive a dedicated, full-size run of its own: a 6⅞ x 52 perfecto rolled at My Father Cigars S.A. by the Garcia family, boxed in coffin-shaped tens, and capped at just 7,000 boxes worldwide.

Tasting Profile
The Creature leans into the dark end of Tatuaje's palette: deep earth and roasted espresso lead, with layers of leather, black pepper, and cedar that build through the smoke and finish with the kind of bold punctuation Monster collectors have come to expect from a full-strength Pete Johnson blend.
Why This One Matters
Collectors have waited eighteen years for a Monster to graduate from sampler to standalone, and the Creature is the one that got the call. Rolled by the Garcias, dressed in coffin packaging, and allocated only to qualifying retailers, this is as close as a Monster has ever come to being a flagship. When the 7,000 boxes are gone, they are gone.
